Frontier brings you The Summer of Design. Just like past years, we are offering the ultimate summer scholarships for young / aspiring creatives and designers.
How about adding Milan (Italy) or San Diego (California) to your list to do this summer? If it’s the style capital of the world or the coastal paradise of modern design and architecture, this opportunity is yours to take.
Collaborating with our generous partner institutions NABA - Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milano and the NewSchool of Architecture and Design (NSAD) in San Diego we offer 4x full scholarships* to summer short courses. This means 2x scholarships for each location.

How to enter?
All we need is to look at your Frontier portfolio!
Follow these steps to apply:
- If you are not already a member on Frontier, register here
- Build a powerful portfolio on Frontier. We’d like to see a minimum of 4 projects (ideally more!). All artwork must be your original creation of course
- Fill out the scholarship entry form on this page (only visible after logged in)
- Application deadline is 02 May 2017
- 18 years of age
- Fluent understanding of the English language
- Eligible to travel to that specific country
Entries close on 02 May 2017.
*Flights, food and accommodation not included in the scholarship, but institutions can advise and assist. Courses are open to all levels of experience. The scholarship coveres 100% of the course fee.
Entries need to meet entry requirements to qualify. Incomplete or inappropriate entries are automatically disqualified.
The judges decision is final.
Scholarships can not be exchanged to cash.
